The are approximately 17,000 appraisers in the state of California. You may be asking yourself, why should I choose Cooper, Cooper & Cooper? Well, I think the picture to the left explains it all. Okay, just kidding.
We think our mission statement really showcases the essence of our values and why you should choose Cooper, Cooper & Cooper for your valuation needs. But we digress. Here are a couple of reasons why you should choose us.
Experience- Our office has a combined 27+ years of valuation experience. Our key appraiser is both FHA and VA approved with 20 years at FHA, 6 years as a Chief Appraiser for two major mortgage companies, 2 years as a review appraiser and 2 years as a Collateral Risk Analyst.
Attitude- We have a can do attitude. Give us a problem we’ll solve it. Give us a challenge and we will overcome it. Not to mention our customer service skills.
Quality- We use all the tools available to us as appraisers and are constantly striving to learn more. We use visual graphs, tables and statistical analysis to create concrete valuations. Nothing is left to chance. Most appraisers use three to six comparables and are somewhat deficient in their market analysis. We have access to hundreds of comparables which allow us to precisely measure the market and support our conclusions.
