Ordering A Valuation
Ordering and appraisal is easy and there are a couple of ways you can do it. First, you can download and print our PDF order form located immediately below in blue. Simply fill it out then fax it back or scan it and send it email. Even if you have your own order form we prefer you use ours. If you prefer you can simply email or fax us the property information and your request. If you have questions and are not quite sure what you need just give us a call and we’ll help you out.
 

 

Paying For Your Valuation


After we receive the order we will then discuss what the assignment will entail and quote you our fee. Once again we offer you few choices for your method of payment. We take cash, check and credit card.  Payment is due at the time of inspection or at the acceptance of the assignment.


Credit card purchases are just as easy but slightly different. We have set up a merchant account with PayPal which means security and ease of use for you. By partnering with PayPal you don’t have to worry about the misuse of your credit card.
Here is how payment with credit card works. You send us an appraisal order; we accept the assignment and agree on the fee, we will then email an invoice which will contain a link to PayPal. You click on the link create a password and username if you do not already have one and then pay. It’s just that simple. The money is deposited into our account and your assignment is on its way to completion. However, when using a credit card there will be an additional 2.9% charged to the fee for the use of the credit services ( Fee $350 X 1.029 = $360.15). Depending on the type and/or volume of work we receive we may be willing to waive the credit card transaction fee.
